MERUS LABS INTERNATIONAL INC. ANNOUNCES LISTING WITH THE CANADIAN NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE

Merus Labs International Inc. shares, effective at the open of market on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010, will begin trading on the Canadian National Stock Exchange under the trading symbol MR.

The shares will be quoted on the CNSX in Canadian currency.

Merus's stock information, including bid and ask prices, will be available on the CNSX website.

Listing of our shares on the CNSX is a significant achievement which will greatly facilitate our ability to reach the broader retail and institutional investors across Canada, as well as significantly enhance our access to capital.
