@killerlite07 Geeeez... musta been '01-ish ? Things a bit blurry back then... but it was him. People were popping in and out of rooms... and I wondered why he was there. Just seemed odd. Tried to talk music and such... nuthin' doin. I understood and just kept partying. Whatever.

A motel I was staying the night in on Aurora Ave. (worst street in Seattle ...Hooker's Row)... and thought I recognized someone. Nah... couldn't be.

I was on my way in to work one day in April of 2002. It was the 5th. I worked in a music store (FYE). I was listening to Jar of Flies. The last song I listened to before walking in was this one. Soon after I heard the news. Layne was dead...I couldn't believe it. Still don't.
