Over the years, I have really started to like Chopin's music! It is so tuneful, beautiful, exciting! In these videos, I have brought together what I believe to be his best works!

I saw this asian movie where they have a piano battle. I was wondering has anyone seen it, they play a song by Chopin i just dont know what piece. I dont even remember the name of the movie.

Chopin is simply outstanding, but I prefer Liszt. They are just the opposite.
Generally speaking:
Chopin = Delicate
Liszt = Fierce (Totentanz might be the best piano piece ever. At least for me ;-))

these are not his better works, are his most famous works, i think the 24 etudes should be there, the 4 ballades, the preludes, not only the raindrop, the three sonatas, not only the funeral march and the fourth movement from the third, the barcarolle, the Nocturne op. 48 no. 1 and more, polonaise heroic, tragic and polonaise-fantasie, the variations on a theme from la ci darem, there is a lot of music from Chopin even more beatiful than the one you posted here, but those works are unique too

I love the pieces you have included on this video!
It's almost like I've told you all my favorites and you have included them in this video.
You should make a part 3 and include some of his polonaises, especially his Op.53 "Heroique" Polonaise.
You an certainly hear that Rachmaninov was inspired by Chopin.
