A slice of Jethro Tull's rockin' version of the classical Bach suite. Props to Ian Anderson. Performed on tenor recorder.

  • Your point is well taken. It's an honest observation and I concur.

  • Dude that was so awesome!

  • Brilliant!!

  • I’m not sure, but.. maybe it was “bourré” (masculine), and not “bourrée” (feminine). Go check..

  • hey man i like your emotion but i think youre overdoing the facial expressions a bit. youre kinda squawky in this vid, but im sure you know that. i play recorder too, but not nearly as well as some people i know. you should check out a band called The Sandcarvers. The lady who plays recorder (of several sizes) is quite original and skilled.

  • Thanks for your videos, I have to say that you encoraged me to acquire a tenor recorder (the famous ABS Yamaha Tenor) since i watched your videos. I love the way you play it, your play is wonderful when you are heart inspired, but i've got to say that it isn't that good when you play technically (the way i think you are trying to play in this video). Please take this as my honest advice. You don't seem to be the typical technical performer but that isn't bad, your high point is the emotion.
