Any word is quite useless, the only thing I would like to hear is anything I could do to be sure that everything can be resolved without hassles, passwords, bank accounts, list of all the people that still owe me money.

I will accept Mr Jesus, Allah, Buddha or any other fairy tale as long as I know it will make my loved ones happy, its not such a big sacrifice anyway, only last a few minutes.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this subject thecryptqueen. By the way, the sound of the rain was right up there for me too when I was thinking about the 'dying ears' tag. I have several CDs of rain and thunderstorm recordings. I hope your girlfriend recovers soon. All the best.

I was 4 years old when I came to the realization that everybody I loved would die. I don't mean to compare, I'm just reminiscing. I am glad, though, that I had it early in my life and got over it quickly.

The realization that I wouldn't leave anything behind struck me a bit harder and I have the B5 episode "The Deconstruction of Falling Stars" to thank for that.

I like that -- rain on the window. I'll add that to my list, because I can't decide what I'd wanna hear. Beach sounds would be good, too, and none of that squawky-seagull-is-way-too-clo­se crap. Heh -- if anyone says, "We'll see you later," I'm gonna say, "Not if I see you first."
