Here's a little introductory clip from Chef Bryanna Clark Grogan: I'm happy to announce that a new vegan cooking DVD, Everyday Dish, featuring myself and two great vegan chefs and authors, Julie Hasson, and Dreena Burton, is now available and has been extremely well-received. Produced by everydaydish.tv, it includes 5 recipes from each of us. I demonstrate the method for making one of my soy and seitan roasts (vegan "pork tenderloin"), and vegan "chicken" cutlet recipes, as well as my "saucy neatballs", which were developed to remain tender but not fall apart in the sauce! I also demonstrate my creamy Lemon-Lime Bars and Rich Brown Gravy (fat-free!), both very easy to make. I think it will be a great help for you to be able to see the steps in making these recipes, especially the seitan! I just bought this DVD, it's SO HELPFUL to see the things being made. I was already a big Bryanna fan from her cookbooks, especially the (almost) no fat vegetarian cooking one. She really got me to feel confident about gravy for one thing. Now I whip it out in a minute and get rave reviews.
