Yes, I'm a "stoopid" person. That's easy to assume from a typo I made a couple years ago. And it's called weed wacking along the fence. He came out as I began to mow, in the only tiny area that's not blocked by a fence or anything, just to cause a scene, normally he'd stand there and watch me mow instead, no joke. If you can't tell what type of a neighbor he is by the video, then I can't help you. All I can tell you is I'm not what you think I am. But you can make your own assumptions.
