Lesson #27: Graduation (卒業)
Welcome to BLT Eigo. I'm your host, David Hylton.
Wow! My garden is really turning green with all this warm weather. Speaking of green... did you remember to wear something green for Saint Patrick's Day? I hope so....
This week's topic is: graduation.
Graduation means "to receive a degree or diploma."
As a teacher, I've sat through many graduation ceremonies and watched my students receive their diplomas then go on to become adults.
It's easy to tell them "congratulations," but it's always hard to say, "goodbye."
That's why I decided not to say goodbye, but to say, "until we meet again."
Now you try it after me...
"Until we meet again."
Good job!
Thanks for joining BLT Eigo. See you next time right here on BLTnetwork.com.
Bye!
