Put a lid on crime!

A blue collar working man dreams of working suburban garbage routes. He yearns to escape urban crime and handle rich people's trash, ripe with treasures for picking. After years of torment, an on the job accident is the final straw pushing him over the edge. In the wake of a rampaging joyride he uncovers a web of crime and deception. This Garbage Man is about to find the dirty work has only just begun.

Created entirely in 3 weeks for the Hobo With A Shotgun fake trailer competition.

Shot with Panasonic GH1 (hacked version aka GH13) 2 lenses and a wide angle converter.

We honestly had this one pegged in as the winner of the contest. Didn't see them going for "camp" and horror over violence, but I guess maybe they didn't want to choose something that somewhat resembled Hobo. Great work nonetheless. Curious about Timber - was that for a contest? Is it a concept trailer? Is their a feature script?? Like RKSS I'd like to see you guys make it somewhere. Other than youtube is their a way of following you?

@badguyfilmsdotcom Thanks so much, big fan of your trailer too. Timber was a trailer I cut from what we were able to shoot of a feature script I wrote. There was no money, it was an "El Mariachi" style attempt. Still love to finish it, we just ran out of good weather and working full time to survive of course gets in the way. No website yet, just You Tube. Add each other as friends and we should network because it looks like you're from Van!
