Russia's Defence Ministry says the latest test of its new Bulava intercontinental missile in the White Sea has failed. The announcement comes after Norwegian authorities reported strange spiral lights seen in the arctic sky which sparked a wave of UFO frenzy.

#1 Light does crazy things in cold weather environments, Look at the northern lights.
#2 No one ever said the rocket "Exploded" Why would a test rocket explode? They aren't armed with warheads.
#3 Part A again look at #1 and Part B look at #2 And as for Part C most of the time NO Nucler explosions or explosions of equal intensity will cause a relatively small explosion then an implosion then a Massive explosion But again NO ONE ever said anything Exploded.
