How are you able to confirm that it jumps from 666 to 750 RPM?

I should of said it's an estimate. But it took around 2.4 seconds to go through the 30 rounds so that is about 750 rpm. I compared it to the SCAR-L that also fires 750 RPM and they both emptied their magazines in the same time.
