'Phoenix Talons' (literally translated from Chinese) is a poetic term for what is more commonly known as chicken feet. A Chinese lady reflects on the appeal of eating them, whilst preparing a version of the classic dim sum dish.
'Phoenix Talons' is a sequel-come-companion piece to 'Dim Sum Deliverance', a music video short also made by Ray Wong.

Yummy! Probably my favourite thing to eat too! I dunno why but this video made me laugh all the way through. I guess I just never thought I'd see a video dedicated to chicken feet. Brilliant. More videos please.

hey another cool video! it's an acquired taste i guess. the skin is like a sponge, it soaks up all the flavour of the cooking juice. the ones in restaurant tends to be red in colour, its cooked with this paste, is it 南乳? great video again!
