'Phoenix Talons' (literally translated from Chinese) is a poetic term for what is more commonly known as chicken feet. A Chinese lady reflects on the appeal of eating them, whilst preparing a version of the classic dim sum dish.

'Phoenix Talons' is a sequel-come-companion piece to 'Dim Sum Deliverance', a music video short also made by Ray Wong.
