I don't understand how this is proper form because your elbows are moving way too much. I've been watching other videos, and they said that your elbows should be sticked to your side, so while curling, you're targeting only the biceps.

Hey coach, you explained the form pretty well but it seems to me like you should be using those colored dumbells underneath your dumbells set.
