This video introduces a series of narrated Powerpoint presentations on the subject of the 70 Weeks Prophecy of Daniel. This is by far the most important Bible prophecy of all. The teachings presented by Gavin Finley MD, (www.EndTimePilgrim.org) are Biblically based and presented in a clear logical fashion. The calculations and the astronomical data are not difficult to grasp and as the viewers follow along and make the calculations they will come to their own conclusion that the first 69 weeks terminated with the first appearance of Messiah on Palm Sunday in 32 A.D. and followed four days later with His execution
at Calvary. This is exceedingly important information and establishes the truth that there remains a future Seventieth Week left to run. This seven year period will see God's final determined covenant dealings with ALL His consecrated people before this time period in turn terminates with the Second Coming of Messiah.

  • Dear NWOWarrior,

    Here is our scripture.

9:25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be SEVEN WEEKS, and threescore and two weeks: (62 WEEKS) the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off,

So the timeline stretching from the edict to Messiah is.

    7 WEEKS + 62 WEEKS = 69 WEEKS

  • God created all, what part of all you don't understand. He choose Israel to be the light for the Nations through them our Messiah came from with out Israel we would not have Christianity. Check your heart if there is hatred toward Israel God is not in your heart because he is love.

The rejection of Jesus 2,000 years ago by the yet to be saved Jewish house of Judah did provide a wonderful opportunity for the heathen to come in and be saved in the New Covenant under the atoning blood of Israel's promised Sacrifice Lamb, Yeshua Hamashiach/Jesus the Christ. But in Isaiah 49:6 we see that the salvation and Light of Israel was planned by God to go out to the ends of the earth and to every nation, race and tribe.

  • @omeg2012 YES plus without jews rejecting Jesus, he would have never come to the gentile nations. and the fullness of the jews will come in ,in end times they will realize the truth and believe when the fullness of gentiles has come in as its written--

  • The decree or "word" was to deal with the restoration and rebuilding of the city of Jerusalem. Therefore, the royal decree of Cyrus issued in the year 538/537 B.C. (Ezra 1:2-4), which urged Jewish exiles to build "the house of God", that is, the temple, cannot be meant. Nor can the decree of Darius I (Ezra 6:1-12), which simply confirmed the decree already given by Cyrus. Not only this, but the 490 yr. continuous time element doesn't match to Cyrus' decree.

  • But Ezra did not complete the walls of Jerusalem city. So the decree given to Ezra is the same as decree given by Cyrus. There are in fact identical in purpose of all the 3 decrees. So which one is correct? King Cyrus' decree is the right one. See my points in the video response above. Thanks.

  • No ancient nation is known to have employed a 360-day year in complete disregard for the solar cycle of 365.25 days. Regarding ancient Israel, the "numerous chronological statements in Kings and Chronicles, reveal that OT authors used nothing but solar years. This consideration alone ought to be decisive against Anderson's theory of 'prophetic years' of 360 days."
