The Vice President and the Middle Class Task Force release the Recovery through Retrofit Report, which builds on the foundation laid out in the Recovery Act to expand green job opportunities in the United States and boost energy savings for middle class Americans by retrofitting homes for energy efficiency. The Vice President is joined by Chair of the Council on Environmental Quality Nancy Sutley, Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan, and Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration Karen Mills, to discuss the Reports proposals as well as the plans for implementation of the Reports recommendations. The point is that unemployment is at its highest in 30yrs n they're pumping billions into creating jobs yet we have 15million illegals working in this country. There's appx. 12million illegals which means it's more like 15. Lets say each one makes (understatement) $10k/yr cash income thats.... 150billion/yr in un-taxed income... now lets say they send half to thier home country thats... 75 billion American dollars leaving this country.
