Around the park are Singapore Sport School , American International School, primary/secondary schools, Innova Junior College, Republic Polytechnic, High-tech factories, Chinese Temple, Hindu Temple, Mosque, Church, Woodlands Polyclinic, NTUC Eldercare, Man Fatt Tong Old Peoples Home, Fu Chuan Community Club, Woodlands Swimming Pool, Woodlands Stadium. This is a Park not known by many Singaporean ! Beyond the park, there are Singapore Zoo, Sugei Buroh Nature Reserve, Reservoir, Immigration Check Point, old causeway (local food center), Sembawang Shipyard (offshore oil platform manufacturer).

1 km from Woodlands MRT Station. Take Bus No. 911 at Woodlands Bus Terminal, drop yourself at first Bus stop or Woodland Stadium.
