you moron never compare shitty telugu movies with malayalam movies...Shobana is the only Actress who grabbed National Award for this movie....besides....that son of a gun rajini...can never ever ever match up to the standards of Padmashri Lt. Col. Mohanlal's acting....and the world knows it...

the character of nagavalli was not conceived to scare as she is not a ghost, its the split personality of Ganga.Jyothika over acted, not her fault but i would say Director vasu might have wanted it that way. Shobhana very accurately gauged and restrained the nagavalli shade from not becoming ghostly and conveys the full impact. Jyothika's acting was a buffoonery of the enitre thing, Vidya was highly animated. Soundarya was equally good I think

evn though i dun understand telugu tamil or malyalam bt hindi....
i like dis one......

the telugu version is technically just dubbed from the Tamil movie :)
so the telugu version is technically the tamil version :S i like the tamil version songs =)
