    intriguing user name.. Great point and true -we can get overwhelmed at times and all the advice in the world may not help in the moment... and we should try and avoid judging. I tend to use something called Motivational Interviewing when people are stuck. More of a dance than a wrestle...

    Great stuff, however you left out a very important aspect of controlling stress and that is living from your heart and not the brain. Being mindful is the cause of all stress.
