as with you I have had no problems dealing with Benchmade's CS. I don't know what the hell people are complaining about

About 8 months later now...and they've still not updated the bug in their software not showing the text and/or images on the custom ordering page.

I figured that Benchmade would take care of you pronto. I was wondering if you have ever had any trouble with the axis locks on your knifes? I watched a video of a guy that had a minigrip that the lock spring broke.Was just wondering. The guys you tube name is master5775 if you are interested in checking it out.

I'm glad they set you up properly. Benchmade's customer service is pretty decent.
nice to see there helping you out, ive been trying to contact them for 3 weeks with no reply what so ever.

@kwk1 - agreed. I never really questioned they would as I went through this process, but by the same token couldn't understand how a company with such a great rep could allow these problems to happen. But all is well that ends well. :)
