In this final part to this three part video series, I discuss the
resolution to the problems I talked about in part II. Thanks to some great customer service from Benchmade, the problems I talk about in part II have been corrected, and I have the knife I wanted.

  • @kwk1 - agreed. I never really questioned they would as I went through this process, but by the same token couldn't understand how a company with such a great rep could allow these problems to happen. But all is well that ends well. :)

  • do you have to send the wrong blade back or it's yours to keep?

  • as with you I have had no problems dealing with Benchmade's CS. I don't know what the hell people are complaining about

  • About 8 months later now...and they've still not updated the bug in their software not showing the text and/or images on the custom ordering page.

  • @MrVegaslive - the goal isn't advertising. It was more commemorative since I've been incorporated for one full year now.

  • I figured that Benchmade would take care of you pronto. I was wondering if you have ever had any trouble with the axis locks on your knifes? I watched a video of a guy that had a minigrip that the lock spring broke.Was just wondering. The guys you tube name is master5775 if you are interested in checking it out.

  • I'm glad they set you up properly.  Benchmade's customer service is pretty decent.
