Shimmery Pastels Technique - Stampin Up

This is a super stinkin' cool, beautiful technique called Shimmery Pastels. It uses the Beautiful Wings embosslit (118138in the Occasions mini catalog), shimmer paint and Stampin Pastels! Although the photo looks great, it's even more gorgeous in person where the butterflies completely jump off the card. So very, very cool and yet so easy to do. This short video tutorial demonstrates how to create this beautiful card.
