  • he'll probably be out out in 18 months.

  • Collected income tax is not re-injected in the system, where does it go?

  • he aint the first nigga that aint want to pay his taxes

  • @YUSKHAN "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration." (16th Amendment to the United States Consitution)

  • all my support to cool Wesley Snipes ...sending much love and light to him!

the American government just made him a hero...lol...even though he got 3 years, he won in reality!

  • Federal IRS is as FEDERAL as FedEx! It's just a name, NOT an actual Governmental Body! No Income Tax for Individuals! There IS one for companies and Gov employees though. 16th Amendment was NEVER Ratified, so don't look there! Anyway, the US Constitution does NOT apply to the American People! The, 'We the people' part is about those that signed it, not those that came after it! If you didn't sign it then you're NOT 'a party' to it! That's the Law! Know your rights! Know the Law!

  • God bless you Wes.. You still a Hero in my book. Stay strong.

  • So let me get this straight...companies like Morgan Stanley and Citicorp, who created the latest 'financial crisis' get bailed out...but Wesley who actually wants to be audited, so he can pay back anything he might owe, gets three years? You gotta' love America.

  • Wesley is one of my childhood heros no matter where he is I will always be a fan!

    I hope you're okay Mr. Snipes =[

  • Talk about unfair treatment. Most government agents engaged in illegal activity get away with a fine or they have to step down for their post IF they're caught. Snipes goes to jail. Why? Because he's not a government agent. I hope he gets a new trial on appeal because according to an email from a juror, the other jurors believed snipes was guilty even before they heard the evidence.
