Super Mario RPG Armageddon: Chef Torte, Bundt, and Raspberry

The two at the start do pretty high damage but have to combine their efforts to take someone out so it's not bad at all. The cake is the problem. Once it gets to the final stage Flare is nearly a kill when it's used which seems to be every turn. A light comes back every turn so you have to do two attacks every turn to actually get anywhere. Annoying while your party is being picked off.
