Meeting Dr. Ruckman

Yesterday (Sunday the 13th of June, 2010) I had the oppurtunity to meet Dr. Peter S. Ruckman for the first time in person. I have watched his videos, listened to hundreds of hours of his tapes, and read quite a few of his books, so it was nice to actually see him in person. Unfortunately I didn't take one of my bigger cameras, so the zoom and sound quality aren't very good!

We were only able to go down for the Sunday morning service, so I didn't get much time to talk to him. I asked him if he had any prayer requests. He said to pray for his eyes. He is slowly losing his eye-sight after so many years of reading. Please pray that God will allow Dr. Ruckman to keep being able to see clearly until the Lord takes him home.

Great Job.

I met Dr. Ruckman about 10 years ago at his church, I probably won't get back that way again due to the distance. Thanks for letting those that appreciate his teaching and preaching see a current view of how he is doing.

I don't need to agree with everything he says or does to appreciate his contribution to a dispensational understanding of the scriptures, and to acknowledge his accomplishments for the sake of Jesus Christ.

I find it interesting that every "Ruckmanite" that I've ever talked to, manages to come away with the ability to think for themselves. I've never met anyone who has studied Ruckman's material, that agrees with him 100%. Yet we can all say that Dr. Ruckman really knows his bible, and works harder then 95% of the preachers out there to get the truth to people.

Ruckman is a soldier for Jesus Christ. He's not perfect, and we aren't either!

Amen brother,i met dr. ruckman a few years ago and have read several of his books....he is definitely a man of God and it's an honour to have gone to his church and see him preach...thank you for this upload....there are alot of people that are against this man,but that is because of the pride in their heart,.....i believe that he is the best preacher out there,and some day i would like to go to his bible institute...that would be great....my dad watches him now every friday on t.v.praise God...
