Even though they are not ordered, you can watch all of then and learn the parts as it is not needed you dance in an order. You can start with a step today and tomorrow you can change your way to start, and so on! Just learn the steps they are telling it will help, after this you use your creativity and watch some 1920's Charleston dance style to get some performance!
