Capital Partnerships: A Debt Free Solution to the Property Crash

The first of three segments of the 2008 Feasta Annual Lecture in which Chris Cook, an international expert on Open Capital and a widely published energy market consultant, will discuss his ground-breaking ideas for capital partnerships, a financing structure that could provide a debt-free solution to the Irish property crash.

In this segment he discusses the basic form of Limited Liability Partnerships, a legal structure that can be used to develop projects without debt, aligning the providers of capital with the users of capital.
