At a Judiciary Committee meeting today, Sen. Sessions raised concerns about Elena Kagan hearing a legal challenge to the health care law if she is confirmed to the Supreme Court. Sessions explained that Ms. Kagan would need to recuse herself from the case if she played her expected role as Solicitor General when the law was challenged.
