I found nothin special in this guy, except his face resembles MJ's, I found many on the internet, impersonating MJ, in his singing also, Is there anything special about him(Not the one MJ applauded him etc)....?

Let's have some facts here instead of bullshit.
he sings along with michaels vocals so you can actually here a mix of both at the same time.
Yes some of his kicks are opposite to Michael's. The reason for this is because he is showing respect for the artists and doesn't want to be an exact copy of Michael and that is also why he's had his plastic surgery so that he can be a mix of michael and him himself and not have to go too far with it..
