Carpenters' Union Intimidation Tactics and Threats of Violence

Local Carpenters Union 1506 picketed a private business on Thursday, October 21st, 2010 for not using union labor. When anyone else besides the news shows up to ask questions they intimidate and threaten people with acts of violence. They pay people to protest who aren't carpenters, they hide behind a flyer they pass out when people ask questions. The protesters don't know anything that is going on. The video speaks for itself.

If unions are so great and so desirable, why is their membership compulsory? As a member , i am frankly upset that the person being ask does not just stay quite rather the member starts cursing rather then having perspective and intelligently answering his question , UNion are not bad , its who is representing and there conduct if we are to win battles employ are members we must remember those who hire us are in fact are bread and butter if we handle this with reason attack with reason not allowing repeated attacks by who ever this is we should win

Poor people bound by Unions. Lucky to have jobs. Manufacturing has left this country because of Unions. Give people wage increases for cost of living, wth is that? Should be performance based only. How does business compete on a world market. I'm not saying Unions are bad, I'm just saying they got out of control and ruined the country. 90% of the nations job force is now service industry. How are Americans going to afford services when we let the manufacturing jobs go abroad?
