Improve your posture while you create a shapely upper body using only a resistance band!
How To:
Sit on the edge of the chair and hold the band in both hands with your feet anchoring the middle of the band to the floor. Bend forward at the waist, crisscrossing the band and grasping the opposite handles. Raise your arms straight out to your sides, bringing your arms parallel to the floor with palms facing down. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
