An intriguing point-and-click adventure for the DS presented in a noir-ish handrawn graphical style. You play as Kyle Hyde, an ex-cop in search of his missing partner, Bradley. Working for his new job at Red Crown, an assignment led him to a place called Hotel Dusk. He discovers the humble lodge holds deeper secrets than it appears; even key pieces crucial to his search.
yep. This is a great example of how gaming journalism is still in its early years. Most reviews do not understand that this is more of a interactive novel than a game. Reviewers must understand that each game has its own personality, and they must review a game for what it is, and not for what he/she want it to be. Hotel Dusk is a great product, it has a well designed, clever and intriguing story that really catch us up. It´s a shame that so many gamers dismiss this great game.
