Your rabbit is obnoxious. My males don't behave like that and they are not neutered. GET HIM FIXED. His behavior would change drastically. Stop encouraging him to hump the cat. Cats can kill a rabbit.

Um, you realise cat's can break human skin with their bite if they choose to bite you full on? Your rabbit would instantly die if the cat decided to bite it fully on the neck. The only reason your rabbit is alive is because the cat is trying to warn it off rather than kill it. Not because your cat can't do it damage. All it would take is for the rabbit to piss the cat off enough and it'd be dead. You don't deserve animals.
