For this project we have developed the game engine and interfaces, the graphics is not ours. Game completed in OpenGL and has a huge number of features supported by its engine such as two options for controls (tilt and d-pad), realistic ships behavior, cannon balls collision/reflection detection, bonuses/scoring system, system of purchases / ship upgrades in the port etc. Our online high scores solution adds to the competition and makes it a game users like to play again and again. Special attention has been given to memory optimization here as it handles a lot of rich media (graphics and sounds) during the game process.
