This is another in my series of "old Mac" videos. I made this (within 24 hours) on a G4 "Quicksilver" PowerMac with a 867 MHz Processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, 64 MB video card, 80 GB HDD (and 400 GB firewire drive).
This Mac would sell for about $50 on eBay right now. And Final Cut Express 2 (my editing software) is OLD. But yet I got some glitzy effects from the computer and the software. Sometimes things took a little while, but editing for the most part was pretty smooth.
So I'm pimping old Macs for vidding! If you are broke, only can afford an old Mac, or have an old Mac sitting around the house, don't feel like you "can't" make fanvids. There's plenty of life in an old G4, even though it is very affordable to buy used.
The music was chosen because it was from one of my soundtracks ("Get Carter"). I tried to cram in a lot of effects in this video (to show off what Final Cut Express 2 can do) and wanted something fast-paced.

I love the crystal clear quality of your footage !! I have never heard of the editing program that was used but I love the results !! My fav will always be Richard's character in Robin Hood !! HAWT !! Thank you for the eye candy Elvira .....Cyn :O)
