barry cooper got raided right before he was going to win a major political election. they busted him with a tiny amount of weed and put his son in foster care. he was always pro-marijuana but just in the wrong state (tx) he was/is a hero. he also set up sting operations, like fake grow ops, to bust crooked cops. they didn't like him for that and took him out.
