No, she (Chloe Agnew) just has the highest voice. They are all equal- each has their own songs (solos/lead vocals/backup vocals) and group songs beside. Some are more senior in terms of how long they have been in the group- the curly brunette (Hayley) is the newest and the other three were there since the beginning- though Meav and Orla have since left.

@DrBrennan I don't think Chlow is the highest. I've only heard her sing up to an A natural in the Celtic Woman repertoire. Meav has gone above that here in CW and in her own work. Chloe always sounds higher cuz she is just a little sharp in her singing. Not as much as Hayley or Lisa, but its noticeable at the high notes.
