You did not beat us; the French did, at the cost to them of their colonies in India, which were much more worthwhile to Britain than the loss-making American colonies. @ronwhycherly We have decent max speed limits in the US. Go look it up. I might be wrong, but our inner city speed limits are generally greater than those in the UK. Also despite what you may have read or unfortunately witnessed, our cars fare well for practical uses, and our driving is not totally batshit insane.

@WALRU1I You are a repressed homosexual who is frightened of his attraction to Billy, hence your insults to him. The Americans were British subjects until the rebels won the war. Washington was the arrogant, incompetent idiot who started the Seven Years War, which cost Britain tens of thousands of lives and increased the National Debt to a size that could not be serviced by normal revenues. That is why the Americans were asked to pay a little more tax.
