go to today tonight or a current affair lol its different in victoria, the fines just stopped coming after a while n they never went to a debt collector....but now after neawrly 4 years of getting fines in my name when i dont even know how to drive i've just made $40 a month payment plan so good luck to them recieving what they owe in 2-3yrs
