On August 4th 2008, before the Peace Bond Hearing against Nelson Cashen (the super-duper of 178 Nepean St. in Ottawa) his buddy Michael Caron begins to make his regular trips back & forth to the superintendents apartment #3. He has been instucted by the Cashen's to make numerous trips up to his apartment #11 in order to get on the nerves of the tenant living in apartment #10 before the Peace Bond Hearing schedualed for August 11, 2008. Nelson Cashen had assaulted the tenant that lives in apartment #10 at the corner of Bank & Nepean Street (in front of 5 witnesses) on April 21, 2008 for saying to his own friends "There Goes One Of Cashen's Associates", as one of Nelson Cashen's friends was arriving and parking his car. This friend of Cashen's ran into 178 Nepean to get Nelson, then Cashen came running out of the building and up to the corner to confront the tenant from apartment #10 saying "If you got something to say, say it to me!" When the tenant of apartment #10 replied to Cashen "I don't have to deal with you anymore", then Cashen grabbed him by the neck (the windpipe) starting an altercation that was observed by many people. The Police refused to charge Cashen because witnesses didn't want to be involved. Later on May 31, 2008 Nelson Cashen uses one of his many credit cards to buy the tenant of apartment #11 (Michael Caron) a new plasma TV. Michael Caron wasn't even present on the day of the assault, but appears in court 3 times with Nelson Cashen to support his side of the story. Michael Caron was (and is always) ready to commit perjury for Nelson Cashen.
Caron is nothing but a street urchin that will do anything for money or gifts, which Nelson and Diane Cashen give him regularly. And no doubt this gullable Michael Caron also thinks he's working for Nelson Cashen making the tenant of apartment #10's life miserable to redeem himself to the Cashen's. "This Is A Slimey Bunch Of Clowns"
