Hi I am new to Joomla 1.5. When I go to transfer my changes from my computer screen to the actual site, I go to my folder, hit "templates" and then click on the template I am working on. I click on "CSS" but after I do that, I don't see "Template CSS" as I am being instructed to do. None of my templates in my folder have "Template CSS" listed. Can anyone tell me why, and how I can fix that? I would appreciate any help. Thanks :)

Joomla is a great cms but its damn hard to build templates from scratch. I would personally get a good premium theme and mod it in photoshop.
Many good template clubs offer the psd files so you're half way there.
