Dell wouldn't hire illiterates, lol.
But, it is true that you can't upgrade RAM beyond 1 gb and CPU beyond 2.0 ghz.

What exactly are you doing to turn that green light on. Looks like your placing a jumper on the front panel connection. I cannot quite tell. Having problems with my motherboard. Gonna get a cheap one to see if I can salvage this computer

I think you will find Dell have some call centres in INDIA NOT PAKISTAN, their is a difference lol

thanks for uploading this video.... i purchase this desktop today.... and still i am quite unconvinced by its specifications.... my so called hardware consultant (most of them are illiterates in Pakistan) told me that i won't be able to upgrade my processor beyond 2.0GHz and more than 1GB RAM on this system.... can i ?!!!!!!
