Sounded more like just attempting something different. I don't see why artists need to play every song note for note the exact same way. If he did fuck up he did the right thing and ran with it.

I honestly dot consider this a screw-up at all, he obviouysly tried something new just to se how it sounded, and imo it fit pretty well, it gave the solo that even more" trippy" feeling you get from listening to "Thrid Eye"

What I think is funny is that so many people are totally overreacting to this video. It's not like Tamagod is going "HAHAHAH look at the dumb bastard" He's just showing the truth. I think its not 100% a mess up, but from a perspective, the line was played quite sloppily.

I play live and find it very hard to play when in complete darkness as has happened to me a few times. Oh well, that is the beauty of live performance is that if you went to that concert you probably wouldn't even remember any of the band's mistakes because (after all) they are human.
