I couldn't use it all. It was way to painful. It got VERY sensitive right after 3 minutes.

I have had better experience with star white I didn't really get a whiter smile the way I would like from Iwhite. So a friend recommended star white to me instead and it worked so much better and it's only like $28 for a 30 day pack at this website here: starwhitesolutions.co.cc
And it doesn't come with all the same health related risks as Iwhite does

Fab review, I really liked the results I had. I threw everything away I was thinking they might sell the foam strips seperatly at some stage but i didnt want it gather dust and germs so i just threw the tray out.
