Sarah Danielle Williams performs César Franck's "Third Chorale for Organ in A Minor" (Excerpt)

Cathedral St. Sauveur in Aix-en-Provence, France. Opening of a 17-minute magnum opus my daughter performed in November 2009, which moved everyone's souls in the audience. She is a Music Composition student at Vanderbilt University and has been playing the organ for one year.
The organ sound involves the entire structure in which it is housed, and in this case the cathedral was a spiritual and acoustic wonder. I went back the day after her performance and took lots of video/photo shots of the interior and exterior, and edited them throughout this video.

Very great performance, bravo Danielle !!! I knew your talent at the flute, but you can also make an organ sing loudly and beautifully. Moreover, I've really enjoyed being conducted by you during our concert in the church 'St Joseph' in Marseille. The 'Rapsody in Blue' of Gershwin was a pleasure to play under your magic baton.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire! Aix me manque beaucoup et OPP aussi! En fait, j'etais a Aix le novembre dernier pendant une semaine! Je suis restee avec M. Camatte, mais malheuresement, je n'avais pas du temps pour rendre visite a votre Orchestre. J'espere que je puise retourner bientot!
