Definitely a Bembix oculata. I grew up in the country and have learned to recognize the harmful from the harmless. This is truly a beneficial insect. Having a core knowledge helps and with a little of investigation on the internet, makes it even better. Cheers and nice footage.

It is a Sphecid wasp. Not A Vespid.

Looks like it may be a sand wasp of one of many different species. Very beneficial insects and pose no real stinging hazard.

Nice vid but its DEFINITELY not any species of Vespula. Some type of wasp although I'm not familiar with the species in the west
