Jeff's 175 Bowfront

This is a video of an 175 bowfront reef aquarium belonging to Jeff Harris. The aquarium includes lots of homegrown colorful corals, lots of water flow, and 5 halide lights on a 6 ft tank. Very nice. Check out the Rhodactis the size of mini carpet anemones.

beuteful aquarium :) can tell me whats happen if sps corals growing until touch another coral like acropora ?

For the most part acros will not sting one another too much. In some cases they will grow together, stinging each other a bit bu tmostly ending up in a stalemate. Most of the time they just grow around and over each other.

I have the same tank with almost all of the same fish. Im just now setting it up. What kind of lighting are you using? The tank is beutiful!

the tank has 3 x 250 10K MH + 2 x 150 20K MH, and two t5 actinics in the front.

The tank in its current incarnation is at least 5 yrs old, but it could be older.
