High intensity, short duration exercise (also known as burst training or surge training ) is better than long duration for burning fat and improving health, presented by chiropractors Dr. Shane Bisson and Dr. Adam Boender. This clip is from the Burst Training class, available on DVD from Bisson Chiropractic, http://www.bissonchiropractic.com
