This song is from the year 1988 off of Dave's third solo album "Skyscraper". This album has a little more art feel and technicolor too it than David's previous solo album "Eat 'Em and Smile!" which gave a really glam, hair metal feel too it. This album is a very underrated album and needs a lot more recondition. It only has about 3 or 4 reviews on iTunes so if you buy from iTunes then take the time to write a quick review.

Classic tune of the 80s. uber riffs by Steve Vai with a great party trick at 1:30.

DLR? How does DLR have anything to do w/Whitesnake? It's my understanding Sykes couldn't tour bc he had an injury to his hand or something. Whitesnake had to fulfill it's obligations, so they hired Vandenberg. After the tour, and album etc..Vandenberg was "in", & Sykes was off doing his own thing (Blue Murder). How DLR figures in, I have no idea....Vai replaced V.Campbell in Whitesnake

But Dave kicked out John Sykes out of Whitesnake around 1987! How can that be?

David Lee Roth was the hard rock n roll version of Frank Sinatra , with a touch of Elvis, and a good measure of Jim Morrison and Jim Dandy......a talented entertainer

DLR stated on Howard Stern that this song was supposed to have been the original intro song for Beverly Hills 90210.

Remember Mike Read introducing the video for this on Top Of The Pops (when most music in Britain was shiiiiiiite as 'the face of rock meets a rock face'. Almost made me forgive Read for being a giant tool...

David Lee Roth is great! Hes got so much stage presence. Something the red rocker could use. This song is his greatest.
