@Serapherus this wasn't information it was him actualy seeing it.
this was in late sixties early seventies while he was on watch.
and bill did say he knew what was needed to convert flight to undersea transport and it was light years ahead of what our military had at time.
i rate bill as one of the last true patriotic americans

@weadone He saw that information was being planted for him to spread. That there are aliens or no aliens at all doesn't necessarily debunk the capacity for our military to build such objects.
