I have another hearing at the tribunal SA tomorrow, one in a series of never ending delays by EML lawyers Minter Ellison. If I don't see proper justice upheld this time, I'm going over the edge on the 7th floor! But I ain't going alone, I'm taking EML's lawyer with me too! In Australia we lost our right to sue for our injuries between 1992 and 1997. A new government was elected and changed the laws back but did not reverse it fully to include all who had been effected.

We are losing more benefits daily and it seems that a ll worksafe want to do is not pay us so we have to fight for everything.

I for one have had enough but its hard to encourage others to stand up too they are all frightned of losing what pitence they are getting !

Jeff Kennett the face of beyond Blue , i hope he has to witness the pain and feeling of hopelessness he has inflicted on the over 5,000 workers he kicked in the guts by taking their rights away, perhaps he can help with the millions he has made through other peoples pain?, i know this will never happen,c`mon labour your no better.

I just hope that beyond blue see exactly what kennett has done to the injured workers of victoria and the pain and suffering his changes caused them.

You would think with the amount of injured workers seeking help for depression that Beyond Blue would of known this was happening before they

decided to use his ugly mug as their face to the public.

Kennett is the face of Beyond Blue, how many has he caused to suffer depression because he broke not only the workers who were injured but the families of those workers,

I personally cannot stand the man,one day that smirk will be wiped from his face and he will be held accountable for destroying the lives of so many people, i am so sorry to my family for getting struck down while Kennett was in power,an egotistical maniac .

Sad but true! Their families suffer, ripple effects, including depression, every kind of stress you can think of, poverty, injustice, discrimination,insanity in dealing with these amoral agents.While everyone else profits out of the system who is employed by the system to best screw the injured worker...INCLUDING the GOVERNMENT! Our Government is a JOKE. What we need is a frontal assault on workers compensation all across this country. Throw these fucking LIARS out on the street, with their medical advisors and hold court proceedings to make them accountable for caused injured workers further harm. It is totally fucking overdue? The case managers who screw with injured workers medical treatment should face criminal charges for "DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE"

Hi I was injured at work and wcb cut me off even though the scheduled for me to see a specialist on jan,19,2012. I went to see him today and there will be a surgery on Feb,2,2012. How can they cut me funds while waiting on surgery and forced to do light duty. These fuckers need to be shot, I will be starting a webpage ,posting names and phones , feel free to do as you please. Oh and any welfare payments paid by the government IF you do win a pathetic sum of money which is never relevent to the income that is lost in the future because of your injury, those payments are then added up and taken out of your coNpensation.Independent medical examinations are the same as there they are all pre dettermined on the side of worksafe. Anything and everything is made up and used against you. In AUSTRALIA the "lucky country"! Kick em when their down is the corrupt motto!
