the mom looks likes she wants to organsm at the smell of the coffee when she wakes up

and didnt Peter get any sleep, he just got home and right away they are drinking coffee and opening presents, I bet Peter is really tired

I completely agree w/ you about the new one. I remember seeing this one a few years ago once, and I was pleasantly (very) surprised, after not having seen it on TV in a very long time. It would be great if they'd restore it and play it again. The new one is a pretty lame redux, and like some of the people said below, kind of weird.
